competent and prompt

Feels like your own 'home'.
Quiet, spacious. You would
never know you are sharing
walls with your neighbors.
The location is fantastic. We
really like it here...will be
2 years in September.

Spacious house and very safe
place to live. Liked the Gym
and Swimming Pool. We love the
walking trail by the lake.

helpful.

I've been here over a year and
I just renewed for another.
Regency by the Lake is a
pleasant, quiet and very well
maintained property. Whenever
I have guests, the first thing
they say is "wow, what a nice
place", referring not only to
the apartment but also the
entire property. Its always a
pleasure to come home. :)

Excellent, polite and
intelligent staff. Very
proactive property maintenance
team. Clean, quiet, modern.
FiOS infrastructure in all
units and the property
management leverage the
internet to contain costs (log
in to pay rent, submit
tickets, etc.). Refreshing
contrast to the other
properties that rely on phone
and fax (ugh!). :)
