Pets are permitted with management approval and with signed pet agreement. A maximum two (2) pets per household are permitted. There is a $250.00 per pet deposit and a $250.00 per pet fee to be paid up front. There will be an additional pet rent of $15.00 per month for one (1) pet and $20.00 per month for two (2) pets. There is no weight limit, however the following breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Briard, Borzio Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Doge, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Spitz, St. Bernard, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canaries, Shar pei, Toso lnu and Wolf -Dog Hybrid.
